The Buffalo Bills Betting Outlook vs the Chiefs
The Buffalo Bills were flying high under first-year head coach Sean McDermott and were sitting pretty at 5-2 after seven games. Then they gave up a bunch of points in back-to-back losses to the Jets and Saints. That prompted McDermott to foolishly promote rookie quarterback Nathan Peterman to the starting spot above veteran Tyrod Taylor for last weekend’s road date against the Chargers.
Needless to say, by now, every NFL fan and betting enthusiasts know that things went completely awful for Peterman, a fifth-round pick that should have never been given the job in the first place. After throwing five first-half interceptions, Taylor came in and played admirable football in passing for one score and rushing for another. Now McDermott is turning back to Taylor.
“It’s the right thing for our team,” McDermott said.
Taylor has thrown for 1,842 yards with 11 touchdowns and three interceptions this season. He was 15-for-25 for 158 yards and a touchdown after entering Sunday’s game against the Chargers in the second half.

The Kansas City Chiefs won their first five games of the season while putting a bunch of points on the board in the process to spur Super Bowl talks early this season. Now they’ve lost two straight and four of five, including their dismal 12-9 overtime loss against the lowly Giants last weekend.

In the past five games, the Chiefs are averaging 3.0 yards per first-down carry (27th in the NFL). They gain a fresh set of downs on 9 percent (22nd) of such plays and are one of six teams without a rushing TD on a first-down snap.
