Why Bet The New Orleans Saints To Beat The Dolphins
The Saints finally put together a solid performance last week. QB Drew Brees was nearly perfect in the 34-13 win ove the Panthers. He completed 22 of 29 passes for 220 yards and three touchdowns.
Brees has thrown for 867 yards and six touchdowns this season. He’s yet to throw an interception. He’s fourth in passing yards. If Brees continues to play like he can at 39-years old, the Dolphins defense is going be torched on Sunday.
The Saints may have an issue with both their starting offensive tackles as rising star Terron Armstead (shoulders) did not practice Wednesday and veteran Zach Strief (knee) was a limited participant.
Why Bet The Miami Dolphins To Beat The Saints
Miami offense can get their groove back against a suspect Saints defense. QB Jay Cutler still has a howitzer for an arm. He has thrown 450 yards and two touchdowns in two games this season. His decision making has always been his Achilles’ heel.
Cutler has solid weapons at his disposal, including running back Jay Ajayi, tight end Julius Thomas and wide receivers Jarvis Landry, DeVante Parker and Kenny Stills.
New Orleans defense allows 325.0 passing yards per game. Only the New England Patriots are worse right now. What’s worse for the Saints is New Orleans is just 4-10 all-time against AFC East teams.
If You Still Can’t Decide Who To Bet On
- Saints are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games after scoring more than 30 points in their previous game.
- Saints are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games in Week 4.
- Dolphins are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games as an underdog.
- Dolphins are 6-2 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.
Saints Vs. Dolphins Week 4 Betting Analysis
The London NFL games bring a level of uncertainty when betting. Last week, the Jaguars thrived while the Ravens stumbled at Wembley.
I am no Cutler fan, but both QB’s can sling the ball. I am recommended that EVERYONE bet the over.
