Don’t get skittish after the number of upsets in the NFL last week. Ten of Sunday’s 13 underdogs may have covered the spread, but I have a trio of NFL Week 4 expert picks.
First, the Titans have won two in a row in strong fashion. Can Tennessee make it three?
The Steelers and Ravens face-off after abismal showings last week.
Finally, the Raiders and the Broncos face-off to see who can keep pace with the Chiefs in a wild AFC West.
2017 NFL Week 4 Expert Picks
Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans
When: Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM ET
Where: NRG Stadium, Houston, TX

The Titans are outmuscling every team they face. They ran for 179 yards on the Jaguars two weeks ago. As an encore they ran up 195 rushing yards on the Seahawks. The rushing duo of DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry won’t be stopped.
The Houston defense is allowing 98.7 rushing yards per game without facing a run first team yet this season. This will be a good test to see which direction the Texans are heading, and it could be a big one in the standings as well. With a loss, Houston would start 0-2 in the division, with both losses coming at home.
Week 4 Expert Pick: Titans -1
Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens
When: Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM ET
Where: M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, MD
TV: CBS

NFL Odds: Steelers -2.5
Total: 44
Both the Steelers and the Ravens are 2-1, but played like rookies last week. While both teams bring out the best in each other, Baltimore has dominated this series when playing at home. The Ravens are 4-0 SU and 3-1 ATS in the last four games versus Pitt at M&T Bank Stadium.
The Ravens have the fourth best rushing attack in the NFL, averaging 142.3 rushing yards per game. Last week, the Steelers allowed the Bears to rush for 220 yards. If Baltimore can play error-free football, Pittsburgh will be flying home 2-2.
Week 4 Expert Pick: Ravens +2.5
Oakland Raiders at Denver Broncos

Where: Sports Authority Field at Mile High, Denver, CO

Just like Steelers and Ravens, the Raiders and Broncos didn’t put their best foot forward last week. Oakland has me the most concerned. They were pushed around by Washington’s defensive line on Sunday Night Football. Their offense mustered a mere 128 total yards. And Washington doesn’t even have a top-tier defense.
The Broncos have won four of the last five games in the series against the Raiders at Mile High.
