Another week, another dilemma in your fantasy lineup.
While it's important to not make too many knee-jerk reactions after one bad game, you need to be realistic and not play favorites. Antonio Brown had a rare bad game last week against the Cincinnati Bengals, but he's still a must-start.
Don't punish a consistently good player because he could only muster 3.90 points on 11 targets. Instead, hope that he rebounds against the Philadelphia Eagles where he is projected to score 15.84 points.
However, don't assume every player has the ability to bounce back like Brown. Here's a look at a few players who should either start or be benched for Week 3:
Start 'em: Joe Flacco, QB, Baltimore Ravens
Joe Flacco is back, ladies and gentlemen.
Flacco had his way against the Cleveland Browns in Week 2 despite turning over the ball on a couple of occasions. He's looked more calm and poised in the pocket through the first two weeks of the 2016 season than he did all of last year, and that may be because he has found a new favorite target in Mike Wallace.
Flacco finished with 302 passing yards and two scores. Flacco put up 18.18 points in Week 2 and is a viable quarterback to insert into your lineup, especially since Baltimore is playing against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3.
Sit 'em: Russell Wilson, QB, Seattle Seahawks
Until he proves himself to be a competent starting quarterback in the NFL again, Wilson is in wait-and-see mode.
While he's projected to put up the most points by a quarterback in Week 3, don't listen to the projections this week. The Seahawks offense has been abysmal so far this season.
The Seahawks have scored 15 points in two games against the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Rams, combined. Spearheading that lackluster production, Wilson has scored 24.48 combined points in both games.
Wilson is projected to score 22.48 points this week in fantasy. While those numbers seem reasonable for a player of Wilson's caliber, how is he supposed to get there? What makes you think he can put up 22.48 points against the 49ers if he can't even put up more than 15 against the Dolphins or Rams?
Don't risk starting him.
Start 'em: Theo Riddick, RB, Detroit Lions
Riddick had himself a game in Week 1 and had a solid Week 2. But Week 3 could be his real coming-out party for reasons other than just his play.
It's a shame for Ameer Abdullah owners that we don't fully understand the extent of his injury, but it's great news for Riddick owners who have been dreaming of extended playing time for the Lions' No. 2 running back.
He has proved himself as a very capable third-down back, but if Abdullah is out for Week 3 and for the foreseeable future, Riddick could be a No. 1 fantasy running back until Abdullah returns.
Sit 'em: Devonta Freeman, RB, Atlant Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons backfield situation is very reminiscent of the Bengals backfield of Giovani Bernard and Jeremy Hill; you never really know who's going to get the most touches.
While don't go as far as dropping Freeman at this point, he certainly has no right to start in your lineup in Week 3 or any week for that matter until he can prove that he is better than Tevin Coleman and that he was worthy of a spot at the Pro Bowl last season.
Start 'em: Quincy Enunwa, WR, New York Jets
Quincy Enunwa has been a revelation for the New York Jets this season, and has become one of the team's most important players on offense.
Obviously NBCSN's Ross Tucker would start Brown over Enunwa, but his point is that Enunwa has become a legitimate fantasy go-to option through two weeks, hauling in 13 receptions for 146 yards and a score through two games.
He's quickly become Ryan Fitzpatrick's favorite option outside of Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall, and he should be able to put up even more impressive numbers in Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs where he should see single coverage all-day long as a slot receiver.
Sit 'em: Doug Baldwin, WR, Seattle Seahawks
It's not Doug Baldwin's fault that he should be on the bench this week, but fantasy football is a cruel, cruel game.
His poor Week 2 performance, three receptions for 20 yards, had more to do with the poor play of his team's offense and Russell Wilson more than anything.
Also, getting hurt didn't help his cause.
While it remains to be seen if Baldwin will be 100 percent going up against the San Francisco 49ers this weekend, he shouldn't be featured in your starting lineup simply because his numbers aren't good enough to warrant a place in your team.
